1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

2Membership Eligibility

The logam88 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Logam88 reserves the right to request verification of information at any stage and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the logam88 platform. Logam88 takes the protection of minors seriously and will verify age through official documentation where required.
• Location: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the logam88 platform is lawful in the region or country where you are located.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one logam88 account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Not a logam88 employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of logam88 staff are not permitted to register as members.

3Registration & Account Management

Registering a logam88 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements above. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

• Full name as stated on a valid identification document (MyKad or passport).
• A valid, active email address — this will be used for all official logam88 communications.
• An active Malaysian phone number for account verification.
• A strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

You are solely responsible for keeping your logam88 account username and password secure. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the logam88 support team immediately at support@logam88.net.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Logam88 supports a wide range of secure and convenient local Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through a payment system protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Logam88 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Logam88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer comes with specific conditions that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Bonus of up to RM1,000 is subject to a 20x rollover requirement on the total of deposit and bonus.
• Daily Deposit Bonus: Bonus percentages vary depending on current promotions. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each offer.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday.
• Daily Rebate: Calculated based on total daily wagers across all logam88 game categories.

General terms applicable to all logam88 bonuses:

• Bonuses are only valid for fully verified accounts.
• Logam88 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised or manipulative means.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Logam88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on the logam88 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga), badminton, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2) — are subject to each game's specific rules.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the logam88 system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, logam88 will use server data to determine the valid outcome.
• Logam88 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party to ensure fairness across all slots and table games.
• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect existing bets.
• Logam88 reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

7Prohibited Conduct & Abuse

Logam88 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to obtain duplicate bonuses.
• Use of automated software (bots), cheat tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or use of the logam88 platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or account verification.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at logam88 staff or other members.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Logam88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account in the following situations:

• Violation of any logam88 Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact support@logam88.net. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member once all conditions are met and identity verification is complete.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The logam88 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Logam88 is not liable for:

• Any platform disruption, delay, or failure resulting from factors beyond logam88's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the logam88 platform.
• Game outcomes resulting from the member's own error (e.g., betting the wrong amount).

Logam88's maximum total liability in any situation shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data is stored on secure servers with industry-grade encryption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration.
